My client’s main activity is to produce reviews on a vast range of products. They can all be searched by categories on their website, and in order to better distinguish them, they extensive icon sets all in the same style. This is the photocamera icons set, one of the groups desigened for them that I like the best. 

Icons are needed for every category and family of products. The style chosen was the elegant flat style that began its prominence in the early 10’s.

I produced nearly half of all the product categories’ icons currently online, but the set on display here was particularly interesting to me as I am a photography enthusiast and own a few cameras myself.

For the models of cameras what would represent the whole category I chose products from different producers, privileging both the very well know ones, like Sony and Canon, but also giving a place to the more aesthetically pleasing ones, like Fujifilm and my own personal favourites. 

As this was merely a category icon, I covered each, that the consumer association uses and then produced a few extra ones to complete the set.
